One of the actions of ivermectin is reported to be binding to sialic acid receptors on red blood cells (and CD147 on platelets) which then prevents spike adhesion to the ivermectin bound receptors (David E. Scheim, PhD) This is a action of ivermectin which makes the re-profusion drug application of 100 mg dose of ivermectin so effective in the intermediary (before hardening into clots) covid blood "clumping" stage

The takeaway I have gleaned is, if infected, I want to take a high enough dose, especially initially, and to greatly increase absorption of the dose, by taking it with high fat food, to have a rapid effect.
I will post, upon request, my longer post on Durvet brand Ivermectin "horse paste" including the research showing increased absorption of Ivermectin when taking it with a high fat meal.

We also briefly mention that Dr. Chetty had an entirely different approach to remedy low oxygen saturations, reported in his 2020 paper. but unfortunately a lot of his work has not been properly written down and published. Both Dr DeMello and Dr Chetty have been interviewed quite a few times and for each the totality of these interviews does spell out quite a good working understanding of their varying treatment approaches.
Dr DeMello, as a Doctor working in India, had unrestricted access to prescribe both low cost over the counter and low cost prescription drugs and He had both ready access to state of the art scanning and testing and had within his patient mix patients that could easily afford such testing. This allowed him to rapidly refine and validate both his prevention prophylaxis for covid and covid "vaccine" injury and His outpatient treatments for all stages of covid.
Dr Chetty practiced in a restrictive environment with restricted access to drugs.
Respectively Dr DeMello's and Dr Chetty's small independent medical practices treated and saved the largest number of people sick with covid of any small practices that I became aware of during the evil covid times.
