Dear Gkioulekas,

The information you provided appears that you have been immersed in institutes for the majority of your career working on theories. Were any of your theories successfully applied to practical outcomes?

May your capabilities provide practical, proven evidence and not fudgy graphs and dialogue to the detriment of people's health. Yes Sir, unfortunately I too like you, condemn the Pharma Drug Cartels, voodoo international/national science corporations, grubberments and heinous beauracracts.

I look forward to reading more of your posts.

With basic research, it is impossibly to know ahead of time whst is practically useful. With turbulence research, people do a lot of experimental studies, they raise questions, and it takes theory to answer these questions. It also costs nothing; no labs, no equipment, etc. The statistical stuff is obviously directly applicable and useful. It is a different kind of fun.
